Puppies and Pajamas Yoga is a family-friendly yoga session held on the last Sunday of every month in 2025, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at IM=X Pilates Studio in Gaithersburg, MD. Participants are encouraged to wear pajamas and bring small dogs (under 10 lbs) for a cozy yoga experience open to all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a dog owner or simply a dog enthusiast, this unique event combines yoga, puppy cuddles, and a relaxed atmosphere, making it perfect for pet lovers of all kinds.

This family-friendly yoga session encourages participants to wear their favorite pajamas and is open to:

• Yogis of all experience levels
