Join paws with us for a unique and heartwarming yoga class at OneLife Fitness in North Bethesda, MD. Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses combines the joy of yoga with the cuddles of adorable rescue puppies and dogs from PetConnect Rescue. Certified yoga instructor Alexis Reed will lead a 45-minute mixed-level yoga session while rescue puppies and dogs roam freely, providing cuddles and puppy kisses. After the class, participants can enjoy 15 minutes of snuggling with the pups during a “snuggasana” session.
